Where Data Is Stored

Your CV is stored locally in your browser's extension storage and is automatically removed when you uninstall HireFast.

Your email address and account data are stored securely on our servers. We use encryption and access controls to protect this information.

During the application process, your CV and job descriptions are temporarily processed by OpenAI's services to evaluate fit and tailor responses.

Data Sharing & Processors

We use the following third-party processors:

• OpenAI: To evaluate job fit and tailor application answers during the application process.
• Hosting Providers: For secure hosting and storage of account data.

We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. We do not work with advertising brokers or data resellers.

Browser stores (like the Chrome Web Store) do not share personal data with us by default.

Legal Bases (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and UK, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract: To create and manage your HireFast account and provide the services you request.

Your CV: Stored locally in your browser until you uninstall the extension.

Your email address and account data: Retained as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your email and related data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, unless required for legal compliance.

Server-side data: Kept only as long as necessary for the purposes stated, typically for the duration of your use of our service plus a short period thereafter for legal and operational purposes.
